Just a environmental project I did for a class. This was also the first time I learned about substance painter. I no longer have the unreal project with me at the moment. I wanted a night city environment because I knew how to make simple animated gifs in photoshop for the billboards. So I wanted to make something that would complimented that specific skill I learned.
